Charming Ambiance but Struggles with Communication

Upon arrival, we faced issues accessing the property, which was quite frustrating. However, the room offered a cozy atmosphere for our one-night stay. For a smoother experience, I recommend confirming entry details beforehand. The nearby Trattoria Le Romane served delicious homemade pasta, a must-try for dinner!

Decent layout in the Quadruple Room offered some space for us to settle in. Comfortable bedding provided a good night's sleep before our flight.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. hair and dust were all over the floor. Dirty towels and surfaces in the bathroom. When it came to the kitchen, the kettle was unusable due to heavy chalk buildup. Additionally, the location was inconvenient, with taxi fares running between 30-35€ instead of the more economical public transport option that could take us to the airport for only 14€. I'd suggest staying somewhere else if you value cleanliness and accessibility.

The in-room breakfast was a delight with salads that zinged with freshness, and we couldn’t resist the nearby Trattoria Le Romane for their homemade pasta. Also, the private balcony off our Deluxe Double Room was perfect for sipping espresso while soaking in the garden view.

Accessing the front gate was a tiny hiccup since we weren’t sure of the code, but everything else shined bright.

The spacious Quadruple Room included a lovely terrace with a close-up view of planes taking off. The AC kept the room comfortable, and the location was practical for airport access while being a short walk to the beach. However, the bathroom was quite small and lacked storage space, and it would have been helpful to inquire about local transportation options beforehand to avoid high taxi fares. Eyewatering taxi prices of around €40 for a short ride to the airport felt excessive.

great location but lacking cleanliness

The building is ideally situated with easy access to the airport. I enjoyed the spacious Deluxe Double Room with a beautiful view of the garden which made the stay feel refreshing. The private parking in a quiet street was an added convenience.

However, the cleanliness in the bathroom was not up to standard.

Charming accommodation with a tastefully decorated room and a lovely bathroom. The staff truly went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Just be prepared for potentially high taxi fares to the airport if you don’t have a car.

the outdoor dining area is lovely perfect for evenings we enjoyed the themed decorations around the place. it's conveniently close to the airport and local restaurants (definitely check out nearby pizza spots).

Just a balanced option for a brief retreat in Fiumicino with excellent value for money. The room was fairly comfortable, giving a decent night's sleep before my flight. Remember to bring your own snacks since there aren't many nearby options.
